Databank network engineering will be upgrading a core router on 10-28 9pm to 10-29 2am local time.
The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade routers on the Databank core network infrastructure. During this maintenance window, you may experience up to two interruptions in service up to 10 minutes while we complete the maintenance activities. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer. Customers may see some re-convergence during the maintenance window. Customers may experience latency and packet loss intermittently during the interruptions in the window.
